Basic Principles Guidelines

  • Make your content primarily for readers not  for search engine.  Don’t present different content for search enggine than what you display to your readers with another. This called ‘cloacking’
  • Don’t use trick for search engine rating. Made good content that useful for your readers and let they do the rest. If you have useful content, the readers will come to you and so your rating
  • Don’t participate with link scheme. What is link scheme means? You probably work with this scheme unconscious. With few simple word “you link to me, I will link to you” as know as “link exchange” or buying or selling link
  • Not use unauthorized program to submit and check webstat. Most program like this will send a lot of query to the server.

Specifis Guidelines

  • Avoid hidden link or text. When your orientation is search engine, that mean you present content for bot (crawler). This crawler can read tiny font or text that has same color with background, but your readers can read that thing.
  • Don’t use cloaking or sneaky redirect. This will show different content for search engine and readers. You show html text for searc engine but for readers it show image or flash.
  • Don’t send automated query to Google.
  • Don’t load the page with irrelevant keyword. Sometime when we want our content to be number one in search engine, we use to much keyword in single page, so that will annoying readers and also crawler.
  • Don’t create duplicated content. Don’t set link to single page with different address, for example :

    http://www.example.com/products/women/dresses

    http://www.example.com/products?category=dresses&color=green&cruel=no

    http://www.example.com/dresses/greendress.html
