Have you upgrade your Wordpress to new version ? If you have not, that’s better to you. Why ? Couse I’ve found something strange in this new version.
When I finished upgrade, I’ve got few problem. It said “Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-setopt]: CURLPROTO_FILE cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir is set in /home/hpnugroh/public_html/wp-includes/http.php on line 1302″ .
I try to find what’s problem on that file. Since I don’t know much about codex, I can’t find something strange 
First, I thing that’s must be temporary problem, but it still there when the day passed. The next step, I go to Wordpress forum and saw, there are a few or maybe many report that this version ( WP 2.9 ) has some problem. Why they release this version if has many problem ? Don’t ask me, I’m not who developed this enggine.
Now, how I can fix this problem ? The answer is very simple than I tought before. I don’t realized before. Why not repleace those file with older version that stable ?
Yes, it works …. So if you had same experience with me, I suggest you repleace those file with the old one. Just repleace all content and the problem will disappear, gone like a wind 
Maybe it wise to wait until this version became stable before decide to upgrade your version.

I have upgrade to new version of wordpress, but until now I don’t have problem like you [I hope don't]. do you upgrade Automatic or manualy..??. if automatic, try manually. btw new theme..?? Java script in my browser is OFF but still to long
loading this blog, I don’t know why..?? any suggestion.

I do both of them, first auto then try manual …
I also realize this theme is heavy, i’ve try to resize image but still no effect i guest ..

@hpnugroho, Udah lumayan tapi masih lama diloading. ini aja gak tau udah berapa banyak di reload dan waktu ngasih komentar ini aja loading masih belum selelsai. tapi just my opinion Om.

Saya sudah update disalah satu blog saya, dan seperti tidak bermasalah. Dan saya juga sudah coba dilocal juga tidak menemukan masalah yang sama.
Updatenya manual atau auto lewat panel admin ?

hasilnya sama, analisa awal saya karena koneksi ke server yang problem ..
sekarang sih aman-2 aja ..
